The role is Venture Manager. You work directly with the CEO on strategic ventures taking concepts and building them into their own revenue streams. €110k base. Equity. 5 days a week in the Berlin office.
Tasks
You build new business units inside the company 0-to-1, but with the advantage that there's already a profitable parent company with 70M users and top-tier brand relationships behind you.
In practice that often means:
- Taking strategic ventures from idea to standalone revenue stream
- Working directly with the CEO on missions that need to be decided now rapid testing, hard data, fast calls
- Being the main point of contact for the biggest advertisers globally and delivering projects at the highest level
- Building operational frameworks that make the entire company more scalable
- Coordinating sprints across multiple teams so initiatives ship without delay
Requirements
A few things upfront, so nobody's time gets wasted.
It's 5 days a week in the office, Berlin Mitte. Not remote, not hybrid. If that's a dealbreaker, it's a dealbreaker.
It's intense. Some people thrive there, some don't. The ones who do build their own business track in 2-3 years either further inside the company or as a launchpad for their own thing afterwards.
Who you should be:
- Track record in strategy consulting (MBB or top-tier) or in high-growth startup operations (0-to-1, where you've built something from scratch)
- You work with data as a tool, not as decoration. You can pull a clear decision out of a chaotic dataset and defend it
- You lead stakeholders. CEO, marketing team, top external advertiser — doesn't matter, you steer the conversation
- You finish things. Including the ones that aren't in your job description
- German fluent, English fluent
- Bonus: AdTech, Mobile Gaming, or Rewarded User Acquisition background
