Tasks
💼 What You’ll Be Doing
We’re now looking for a Talent Acquisition Associate to join us and play a key role in fueling our talent pipeline!
As a Talent Acquisition Associate you’ll be on the front lines of our recruiting efforts. Your mission? Find and engage amazing talent across Germany to join top-tier sales teams.
- Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms
- Craft personalized outreach messages to generate interest and leads
- Generate qualified meetings for our Talent Advisors
- Collaborate with Talent Advisors to understand hiring needs
- Build and maintain structured candidate pipelines for active roles
- Use data, AI and other tools to optimize sourcing strategies
Requirements
🎯 What We’re Looking For
Must Haves
- Ability to work independently and in a structured way (remote/async-ready)
- High self-motivation and resilience
- Comfort with or curiosity about AI tools in a recruiting context
- Data-driven mindset - tracks own performance, open to feedback
Nice-to-haves
- First experience in recruiting, HR, or sales
- Understanding of Sales roles (SDR, AE, CSM)
- Affinity for the Tech / SaaS environment
