Sourcing Buyer Process Lead with French -
Infosys Lodz

Key responsibilities:

Support the e-sourcing process by managing project classification, monitoring progress, and ensuring effective communication and reporting throughout the sourcing lifecycle.
Support the end-to-end Request for Proposal (RFP) process by managing eSourcing events, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring accurate and timely delivery of sourcing documentation and analysis.
Provide regular KPI delivery reports to stakeholders.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies in alignment with buyer requirements.
Respond to supplier inquiries regarding event content and tender specifics (commercial and technical).
Generate bid summaries and assist in supplier shortlisting.

Requirements

Minimum 6 years of overall relevant experience in Sourcing & Procurement area, mostly in strategic initiatives (Capex Investment / MRO preferably, direct materials if available
Hands on experience in handling e-Sourcing projects across categories
Ability and proven experience in drafting sourcing planning, business case creation, sourcing execution including TCO approach
French min C1 level (essential for client communication purposes)
Exposure to RFx/ eSourcing Tools, experience on leading platforms
Proficiency in project tracking tools and reporting.
Familiarity with eSourcing tools and platforms e.g. Ariba (nice to have)
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders
Hybrid mode (2 work days from the office per week in Lodz or surrounding area) or Remote work from Poland
