Tasks
We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Senior HR & Operations Manager to become the backbone of our internal operations. In this role, you will take ownership across the full employee lifecycle: from talent acquisition and HR administration to IT provisioning, procurement, and office management. As the go-to person for keeping the business running smoothly, you will build scalable internal processes, coordinate across teams and vendors, and create an outstanding employee experience while supporting the company’s continued growth.
Responsiblities:
- Talent acquisition: Manage the full recruitment cycle, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates, maintaining ATS records, and ensuring compliance with recruitment policies and German employment law
- HR: Own and manage the full employee lifecycle, including onboarding, offboarding, contracts, and HR administration
- IT: Oversee IT and workplace operations, including equipment provisioning, account setup, and access management for new hires
- Procurement: Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and procurement processes
- Office: Be the go-to person for keeping Skailark’s internal operations running smoothy while building and scaling efficient internal systems
Requirements
- Highly organized and structured way-of-working
- Proactive, hands-on, and driven by a strong “getting things done” mindset
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks across HR, procurement, IT and office operations
- Experience with Talent acquisition, HR administration (contracts, onboarding), vendor management, and IT provisioning (laptops, accounts software) is a strong plus

- Knowledge of German labor law highly desirable
- Strong communication skills in written and spoken English; basic German required
- Based in Munich or willing to relocate. A valid European Union work permit is required
