Design, implement, and manage AI-powered legal workflows; support adoption through workflow testing, process mapping, training coordination, and stakeholder engagement.

Coordinate complex projects involving legal, finance, tax, People, compliance, and external counsel while maintaining strict confidentiality and accuracy.

Manage multiple high priority initiatives simultaneously in fast-paced environments with minimal supervision and tight deadlines.

Provide project management coordination across the Corporate Law team and cross-functional partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Strong experience supporting public company corporate administration, including board and shareholder meetings, corporate filings, and certifications, ideally at both a top-tier law firm and in-house.

AI and technology proficiency with experience evaluating, implementing, or scaling AI/ML legal tools.

Familiarity with legal operations and process improvement methodologies.

Proven track record of designing and launching automation initiatives that improve efficiency and reduce manual workload.

Ability to work independently while managing a high-volume workload and collaborating effectively within a large team.

Minimum Qualifications

5 or more years of experience as a corporate paralegal.

Deep knowledge of SEC regulations, proxy rules, SOX compliance, and Section 16 reporting.

Proven experience with corporate governance platforms (Workiva, EDGAR Next, Diligent Boards).
