About this role

What's the role?

As a Senior HR Compliance Coordinator, you play a key role in strengthening how HERE manages HR compliance, audit readiness and risk across the organization. You act as a central owner for compliance related projects, bringing clarity to complex topics and helping teams understand what matters and what needs to be in place.

  • Own and manage HR compliance projects from scoping through to execution
  • Prepare and support internal and external audits, including documentation and readiness checks
  • Identify and manage HR risks, and track mitigation actions in line with enterprise risk guidelines
  • Help shape and improve processes by pinpointing what matters most for compliance and audits
  • Maintain and evolve HR policies, keeping them clear, structured and audit ready
  • Partner with HR, Trust, Risk, Legal and other business teams on compliance topics and policy development
  • Explore how AI can improve compliance processes and efficiency, for example through simple tools, automations or dashboards

  • Experience in compliance, audits, risk management or business operations
  • A strong understanding of audit processes and preparation
  • A track record of owning projects and structuring your own work
  • An eye for the process risks and areas that matter most for audits
  • Comfortable working cross functionally with a wide range of stakeholders
  • Clear, confident communication and presentation skills
  • A proactive, solution oriented approach paired with high integrity and discretion
