About this role
We are looking for a Lead Blockchain Engineer to help architect and build secure, scalable blockchain infrastructure and products.
Tasks
You will own technical implementation across blockchain systems, smart contract architecture, integrations, and protocol-level infrastructure.
We are looking for builders with strong execution ability, systems thinking, and production deployment experience.
Requirements
Must-Have
- Production blockchain engineering experience
- Experience deploying and maintaining smart contracts
- Strong systems architecture ability
- Deep understanding of blockchain infrastructure
- Security-focused engineering mindset
- Ability to own technical systems end-to-end
- Strong execution ability in startup environments
Strong Plus
- Experience building AI-integrated blockchain systems or tooling
- Built AI or automation side projects
- Protocol engineering experience
- Experience shipping scalable Web3 infrastructure
- Experience leading technical architecture decisions
- Startup engineering experience
This Role Is NOT For
- Candidates with only theoretical blockchain knowledge
