The Opportunity
If you're currently working in building automation, BMS, access control, or service sales within a leading controls or building technologies organisation, this is an opportunity to step into a broader, more strategic role with Schneider Electric.
Within our Digital Energy business, you'll take ownership of key customer relationships In Canberra while driving both account growth and new business opportunities. This role combines the best of service sales, strategic account management, and solution-based selling-giving you more influence, visibility, and ownership than traditional sales roles.
You'll leverage Schneider Electric's EcoStruxure platform and end-to-end capability to deliver smarter, more connected building solutions, helping customers improve operational performance, reduce energy consumption, and achieve sustainability targets.

What You'll Be Doing
- Own and grow key enterprise and institutional accounts across ACT
- Identify new service, upgrade, and optimisation opportunities within your portfolio
- Build strong relationships across FM teams, consultants, contractors, and executives
- Drive contract renewals, extensions, and new service agreements
- Lead tenders, proposals, and commercial negotiations for service and aftermarket works
- Partner with internal engineering and delivery teams to provide end-to-end solutions
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients on building performance and energy optimisation
About You
You likely come from a BMS, HVAC, or building services background, with experience in similar organisations.
You'll bring:
- Proven experience in service sales, account management, or BMS delivery environments
- Strong understanding of building automation systems (BMS/BAS) and lifecycle services
- Ability to navigate and influence multiple stakeholders across complex accounts
- Commercial acumen across contracts, tenders, and long-term agreements
- A proactive, relationship-driven mindset with a focus on growth and opportunity identification
