Aufgaben
- Lead the finance department
- Accounting including independent preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements
- Ensuring and controlling all compliance requirements and supporting internal and external audits
- Preparing regular reports and ad-hoc analyses based on cost and performance indicators (e.g. target/actual analyses and analyses of productivity)
- Ensuring up-to-date expertise in the area of payments, fintech and banking at all times
- Cross-border transactions within the EU
- Fundraising
Qualifikation
- You have a degree in Business Administration or other relevant qualifications
- You have several years’ relevant professional experience in a managerial role within the finance sector
- You have a very good command of English
- You are familiar with the banking or FinTech sector
- You have knowledge of the relevant tax laws
- You have experience with common ERP systems
- You enjoy working as part of a team
