About this role
keleya is an innovative FemTech startup based in Berlin that offers expectant and new parents high-quality support and resources to help them enjoy a healthy and happy pregnancy, birth, and parental leave.
Our mobile app is unique in its combination of a personalized pregnancy calendar, a health tracker, and a selection of workouts, recipes, and a midwife chat for expectant and new mothers—much of it covered by health insurance at no cost to endusers. Since our founding in summer 2017, we have been working on our mission with passion, agility, and team spirit and have already supported over 1.000,000 women.
The Role: We're looking for a Growth Product Manager (m/w/d) to own, build, and accelerate our user acquisition and conversion funnels, from awareness to in-app point of subscription, across paid and organic channels.
At keleya, our growth is powered by a B2B2C model: we partner with health insurers who offer our app as a covered benefit to their members, meaning our success depends on driving meaningful engagement that insurers can stand behind. You'll lead a cross-functional squad and collaborate closely with our marketing and business development teams to drive measurable growth of our B2B2C model and align creative output with keleya's yearly goals.
Tasks
- Lead experiments from top-of-funnel awareness through to in-app subscription conversion, using data to inform prioritization and strategy.
- Own marketing growth verticals: Paid Marketing, SEO, and Organic Acquisition.
- Partner with marketing and business development to align campaigns, messaging, and health insurance partnerships with growth targets.
- Manage paid ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, etc.), track acquisition performance, and connect campaign data to in-app behavior and retention.
- Optimize SEO with our creative team and site structure for organic performance and scalability, including ongoing website maintenance and measurement.
- Translate insights into actionable growth initiatives, balancing creative testing across channels and touchpoints.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth marketing or growth product (ideally both)
- Expertise in paid marketing, download attribution, and acquisition funnel optimization.
- Solid understanding of SEO principles, analytics tools, and web management best practices.
- Strong analytical mindset with a deep understanding of user journeys and activation levers, able to connect top-of-funnel data to in-app behavior, identify drop-off points, and translate insights into experiments that drive retention and subscription conversion.
- Comfortable using AI tools and workflows to improve speed, output quality, and decision-making across growth initiatives.
- Collaborative communicator, capable of bridging growth, marketing, and product disciplines.
- Working proficiency in English; German is a strong plus.
