Responsibilities
The Global Business Solutions (GBS) team drives sustainable revenue growth and strategic partnership development for TikTok For Business. As a Client Lead, you will act as a trusted advisor to enterprise clients, shaping long-term commercial strategy and unlocking full-funnel growth.
This is an Individual Contributor role & reporting to Industry lead

1. Client Partnership Management
- Own and grow a portfolio of strategic CPG accounts, acting as the primary business partner for day-to-day and mid-to-senior stakeholder engagement.
- Build strong working relationships with Brand Managers, Media Leads, and agency partners, while progressively influencing senior decision-makers.
- Translate client brand and commercial objectives into structured full-funnel activation plans aligned with industry strategy.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams (Client Solutions, Marketing Science, Product, Creator, Measurement, Ops, etc.) to deliver integrated solutions with operational excellence.
- Ensure high standards of campaign execution, asset readiness, and performance tracking, with proactive issue resolution.
-Provide structured account updates, risks, and opportunity assessments to the Industry Lead.
-Drive annual deals i.e. Joint Business Planning (JBP) where applicable at account level, ensuring clear quarterly priorities, investment commitments, and measurable growth levers.

2. Revenue Growth & Account Expansion
- Deliver against quarterly and annual revenue targets across Branding, Performance, and Commerce solutions within assigned CPG accounts.
- Identify incremental growth opportunities across brands, categories, and budget pools (brand vs trade vs performance).
- Drive adoption of strategic growth levers including branding, performance, TTS, etc.
- Develop insight-led proposals leveraging internal data, category intelligence, and competitive benchmarks.
- Improve share of wallet by strengthening positioning of TikTok as a strategic brand-building and performance-driven platform.
- Maintain disciplined pipeline management and forecast accuracy.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, Technology, Media, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Sales, Media, or Digital Marketing, with direct client-facing responsibilities.
- Strong understanding of digital media platforms, advertising products, and performance measurement metrics.
- Proven ability to collaborate effectively with and influence cross-functional stakeholders to drive business outcomes.
- Experience supporting or coordinating discussions with senior stakeholders
- Demonstrated commercial acumen with a track record of building, managing, and growing client relationships through strong communication and presentation skills.
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English, with the ability to engage directly with multinational clients and regional partners.

Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working with CPG brands or managing multi-brand portfolios within complex organizations.
- Strong understanding of industry trends, consumer behavior, and emerging advertising innovations.
- Proven experience using data analysis and market insights to shape strategic recommendations and drive measurable outcomes.
